ಅಖಿಲ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಎನ್ಎಚ್ಎಂ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ನೌಕರರ ಸಂಘದಿಂದ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಏನೆಂದರೆ, 2022–23ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಬಾಕಿ ಇರುವ ವೇತನ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ಮಾನ್ಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾನ್ಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ನೀಡಿದ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಹ, ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಎರಡು ಬಾರಿ ನಡೆದ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗದೆ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ ವಹಿಸಿದೆ. ಇದು ಸಮುದಾಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು (CHO) ನೌಕರರ ನ್ಯಾಯಸಮ್ಮತ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷಿಸುವಂತಾಗಿದೆ.ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮದ ಮೂಲಕ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ಅಂತಿಮ ನೋಟಿಸ್ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
