The Akhila Karnataka State Community Health Officers Union (R) has informed all Community Health Officers (CHOs) that the Hon’ble Court has fixed 30.07.2026 as the date for submission of the Claim Statement in the case relating to the 5% Increment for the year 2022–23.
As part of the Claim Statement, the Union is compiling and submitting all relevant records to establish its continuous efforts and representative status. The following documents are being placed before the Hon’ble Court:
- Details of all representations and memorandums submitted to the Health & Family Welfare Department, NHM, and other competent authorities regarding the 2022–23 5% increment.
- Copies of correspondence and official communications made by the Union on the issue.
- Registration and constitutional documents of the Union.
- Details of the Union’s active members and membership records.
- Other supporting documents demonstrating the Union’s continuous efforts to safeguard the rights and service benefits of CHOs.
The Union has been consistently pursuing this issue through departmental representations, meetings with authorities, and legal proceedings. The submission of these documents before the Hon’ble Court is an important step towards securing justice for all eligible CHOs.
The State Committee requests all District Committees to extend full cooperation and promptly provide any pending documents or information required for the preparation of the Claim Statement.
The Union remains committed to protecting the rights and service benefits of Community Health Officers and will continue to pursue the matter until a just decision is obtained.
