A comprehensive health fair was successfully conducted at Bardur village, providing essential health services to the local community under Arogya, with the guidance of AAK Challal and PHC Tavarmellihalli.
As part of the health initiative, home-care visits were also carried out for palliative care patients and new mothers, ensuring that those unable to visit the centre received continued medical support. In addition, ANC (Antenatal Care) check-ups were conducted to monitor the health and well-being of expectant mothers.
The services provided during the programme included:
General health screening & counselling
Home-care support for palliative care patients
Post-natal follow-up care for new mothers
ANC check-ups and maternal health guidance
Health awareness education for families
This effort reflects the continued commitment to strengthen community health and ensure healthcare access at the doorstep of vulnerable households.
