ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಸುಮಾರು 6,000 ಸಮುದಾಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಇನ್ನು ಎರಡು ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳ ಸಂಬಳ ಬಾಕಿ ಆಗಲಿದೆ. ವೇತನ ಸಿಗದೆ ನೌಕರರು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರದಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಅದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ 10% ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಧನ (Incentive Arrears) ಸಹ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಆಗಿಲ್ಲ. ದಸರಾ ಹಬ್ಬದ ನಂತರ ಈಗ ದೀಪಾವಳಿ ಹಬ್ಬಕ್ಕೂ ವೇತನವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ನೌಕರರು ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಖರ್ಚುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಭಾಯಿಸಲು ಕಷ್ಟ ಪಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಎಲ್ಲರ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೀಪಾವಳಿಯ ದೀಪಗಳು ಬೆಳಗುವಾಗ, ಸಮುದಾಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕತ್ತಲಿನ ದೀಪಾವಳಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಬಾಕಿ ಸಂಬಳ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಧನ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿ ನೌಕರರ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಅಖಿಲ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಎನ್ಎಚ್ಎಮ್ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ನೌಕರರ ಸಂಘ (ರಿ) ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದೆ.

Really.. This time we are facing mentally harrashment.. And financial burden.. Health is essential service.. To rural people we are servicing hardly.. Public is blessing.. For our service.. But department is harrashing .. No payement .. During Dasara.. Deepavali we hope in CM sir and HM sir ..
ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಬಂದು ಇಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳಾದ್ರು ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಸರಿಗೆ ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಜೀತ ಪದ್ಧತಿ ರದ್ದಾಗಿದೆ ಆದರೆ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಅನ್ನೋ ಹೆಸರಲ್ಲಿ ಇನ್ನು ಅದು ಜೀವಂತವಾಗಿದೆ… ಈ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳನ್ನು ತರುವವರು ಕೂಡ ಮನುಷ್ಯರೆ ತಾನೇ ನೀವು ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಹಾಗೆ ನೌಕರರಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಹೀಗೆ ಮಾಡುತಿದ್ರ?? ಸಮಾನ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮಾನ ವೇತನ ಕೊಡಿ… ಇವತ್ತು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಂತ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಓದಿರುವ, ಸಣ್ಣ ಸಣ್ಣ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವವರು ಕೂಡ ಹಬ್ಬಕ್ಕೆ ಬೋನಸ್ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಹಬ್ಬ ಆಚರಣೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ಆದರೆ ಇಷ್ಟೆಲ್ಲಾ ಡಿಗ್ರಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ನಾವು ಸಂಬಳ ಕೂಡ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ… ಮನೆಯವರ ಮುಂದೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠವಾಗಿ ಕಾಣುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀರಾ…ನಮಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸ, ಕೆಲಸಕೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಸಿಗಲಿ ಎಂಬುದೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಆಶಯ
Diwali its a big festival, and without salary its impossible to manage all expenses of festival. Its not the first time every time our CHOs not getting on time salary and incentives. But this time its exceeding about 4 months leaving CHOs in financial burden. Please look into this.
Whatever the reasons …any employee works for the daily livelihood of family …. Even a daily coolie worker who comes home to do some works like coconut plucking cleaning surroundings demands for on time wages if we don’t give they won’t go it’s his right to ask because they come to work for his familys life…. There are many chos who are post graduates ,many are capable of handling any emergencies better than any other health care professionals …few are working both for phc and sub centre ,many are doing are doing all data entry works and few are recently married , few are on maternity leave , few have very old sick parents and many others are really working hard just to live happy and make their family happy by trusting this job …… Bere free dhuddu keltailla navu dhudididdu namage kodi sarkaradavare ….
Please do the salary monthly so that v can fulfill our basic needs. If v didnt get salary in time it will effect on mental health condition so that how v can give holistic approach to the needy people at rural services sir

CHO should be regularised according to cphc uhc guidelines after 6 years completion of community health officer in Karnataka
CHO post shld be regularised as the guidelines was there after 7 yrs they will do permanent of our cadre.
