ಸಮುದಾಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಬಹುದಿನಗಳ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯಾದ ಅಂತರ್ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಶೀಘ್ರವಾಗಿ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಇಂದು ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವರನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ರಾಜ್ಯದ ವಿವಿಧ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಹಿತದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ, ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕ, ನ್ಯಾಯಸಮ್ಮತ ಹಾಗೂ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಸಮಾನ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತರ್ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸಂಘದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಸಚಿವರ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತರಲಾಯಿತು.

ಮನವಿಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವರು, ಆದಷ್ಟು ಶೀಘ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿ, ಸಮುದಾಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುವ ಹಾಗೂ ನ್ಯಾಯಸಮ್ಮತವಾದ ಅಂತರ್ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ನಿಯಮವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತು ಅಗತ್ಯ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಸಮುದಾಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಬಹುಕಾಲದ ಈ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಶೀಘ್ರವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಪಂದನೆ ದೊರೆಯುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಇದ್ದು, ನ್ಯಾಯಸಮ್ಮತವಾದ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ನೀತಿ ಜಾರಿಯಾಗುವುದರಿಂದ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಹಾಗೂ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಂದಾಗಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅನೇಕ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗಲಿದೆ.

ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಹ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಶ್ರೀ ವಿನಯ ಕುಮಾರ್, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಂಘಟನಾ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಡೈಸಿ ಮ್ಯಾಡಂ ಹಾಗೂ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ವಿಲ್ಸನ್ ಅವರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

      I kindly request the honorable health minister to please do the interdistrict transfer, it’s been 6yrs away from family,lost all hopes of CHO job getting permanent,higher promotion.
      I couldn’t even spend a day with my father,during his last days of breathe, since am 521kms away from my home,to attend my dad’s death also it took 12hrs for me to reach my home,away from father, mother and siblings.There are so many us,living away from family.
      There is no hope whether our job gets permanent or not.My dad’s hope was,my daughter will come back with s permanent CHO job to home,but only I could attend my dad’s funeral.
      Along with so many issues within the job, loneliness,struggles we are still working as CHO,on one hope,that today,fate of CHO job could change.On behalf of all the CHOs who are away from home,I once again request our honorable health minister to please make our job permanent and do the interdistrict transfer, kindly do the needful and oblige.

    ಸುಮಾರು ಐದು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಆಗ್ತಾ ಬಂತು ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಪತ್ನಿ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ ನಮ್ದು ಕಲ್ಬುರ್ಗಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಆಗಿದ್ದು ಇಬ್ಬರು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ & ನಮ್ಮ ತಾಯಿಗೆ ಸ್ತನ ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್ ಅಪರೇಷನ್ ಆಗಿದೆ ತಾಯಿಗೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಮನೆ ಕಡೆ ಯಾರು ಇಲ್ಲ ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ತಾಯಿಗೂ ಕೂಡ ಅಟ್ಯಾಕ್ ಆಗಿತ್ತು ಗುಲ್ಬರ್ಗ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ನಿಯರ್ ಸಂಕೇಶ್ವರ್ ಸಿಟಿ ತುಂಬಾ ದೂರ ಆಗ್ತಾಯಿದೆ ಮನೆ ಕಡೆ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಕೆಲಸಗಳಿದ್ದಾವೆ, ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಐದು ವರ್ಷ ಆಯ್ತು ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಆದ ಕಾರಣ ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಒಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಿಂದ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಗೆ ಆದೇಶ ಕೊಡಿ ಸರ್ ನಮ್ಮ ಪತ್ನಿಗೂ ಕೂಡ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಿ ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ವಿನಂತಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ

    ಸಮುದಾಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಅಂತರ್ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾದದ್ದು. ಕುಟುಂಬದಿಂದ ದೂರವಿರುವವರಿಗೆ ಇದು ತುಂಬಾ ಅಗತ್ಯ. ಸಚಿವರು ಶೀಘ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕ ನಿಯಮ ರೂಪಿಸಿ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಸಮಾನ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು.
