  9. Best wishes to our state Union on this crucial legal step toward regularisation. Your unity and determination will pave the way for justice and recognition.

  10. The Community Health Officers’ Union has taken a historic and decisive first step in the legal struggle for the regularisation of Community Health Officers (CHOs).

Despite being the backbone of primary healthcare, CHOs have been serving tirelessly for years under contractual systems, facing job insecurity, unequal pay, and lack of long-term service benefits. Our consistent representations, memorandums, and discussions with authorities have not yielded concrete results, leaving legal intervention as the only remaining option.
As part of this process, the Union has formally initiated legal proceedings to safeguard the rights, dignity, and future of Community Health Officers. This move reflects our collective determination to seek justice through constitutional and lawful means.

Why This Legal Fight Is Necessary

CHOs perform duties equivalent to regular government health staff

Continuous service for several years without job security

Disparity in wages, service benefits, and social security

    Increasing workload without proportional recognition

    Union’s Commitment

The Union assures all CHOs that this legal battle will be pursued with unity, transparency, and perseverance. Every step will be communicated clearly to members, and no decision will be taken without collective consultation.

    Call for Unity-

At this crucial juncture, we urge all Community Health Officers to stand united, avoid misinformation, and actively support the Union’s efforts. Unity is our greatest strength, and together we will move forward towards regularisation, dignity, and justice.

This is not just a legal fight; it is a fight for recognition, respect, and the future of Community Health Officers.

  11. Good initiative..by the union.
hope we get the justice.. though delayed hope it not be denied ..
Good luck 🤞 to our senior batch ..
    “One day will make it”!!!
