Known for his uncompromising stand against injustice, he has led several peaceful protests demanding fair treatment, job regularization, and social security for contractual and health employees. A true activist, he believes protest is a moral duty when rights are denied. Through his commitment, honesty, and legal awareness, Manasayya has inspired many to unite for justice and equality. His leadership continues to guide the Akhila Karnataka State Community Health Contractual Employees Union toward dignity, solidarity, and lasting change.

Mamit Gaikwad is the State President of the Akhila Karnataka State Community Health NHM Contractual Employees Union (R). He works hard for the welfare and rights of Community Health Officers across Karnataka.
